The master suite awaits with a stand alone bathtub with sea views and even in the doors of the walk-whrough closet you see the reflection of the sea. All materials and appliances are of highest quality and are curated to be the same throughout the whole house.

Via the elevator or the beautiful broad staircase that gets natural sunlight from above you enter the spacious living, cooking and dining level, the seaview opens up over the whole floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. On the left side you find the living area with a beautiful sofa in fornt of a cozy chimney and an additional bathroom for your conveniance. Relax with your friends and family and enjoy a good glass of wine. The living area is connected with the kitchen by the wooden dining table, enough space for all your guests. The indoor kitchen includes a breakfast bar, two sinks and all appliances of the highest standard. Its directly connencted with the outdoor kitchen, where you can enjoy great barbecues at sunset. For your conveniance and your private chef there is a separate room with an additional fridge and storage for your groceries, half a level down from the kitchen.

Following the stairs further down or optionally with the elevator, on the right is the laundry and then two more rooms await on the bottom level. They could serve different purposes, like bedrooms or a gym, office, cinema or a second living room.
