Born in Mallorca, Javier brings over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. Having successfully managed real estate ventures in both Spain and Miami, he now applies his global expertise to Smart Estates Mallorca. Javier believes that truly understanding each client’s needs is key to finding the ideal property that aligns with their interests. He is a certified real estate broker, having trained and passed professional exams at the prestigious FEI international business school.
Tim Hope
Director

Having set up successful businesses in the UK, Tim has resided between Ibiza & Mallorca for over 10 years, now residing in Mallorca full time. Travelling between Ibiza and Mallorca he offers a dedicated service to find the best homes in the Balearics. Having also built several villas, he passes on first hand advice to anyone looking to invest / construct their dream home. Tim is a certified real estate broker, having trained and passed exams at the FEI international business school.
Caroline Kailuweit M.Sc.

Born in Stuttgart, Germany, and now calling Mallorca home, Caroline brings deep knowledge and connections in real estate. She is an active member of the German "Business de Baleares" club. Caroline previously trained brokers at RE/MAX Germany and specialised in Luxury Sales with RE/MAX Spain. A certified broker via FEI and an organizational psychologist, she speaks on customer service for HNWIs. As a homeowner herself, she truly understands and supports your Mallorca property journey.
