Finca Establiments

For generations, Bunyoli has been preserved as a hidden gem. This estate, spanning over 250 hectares, features lush centenary trees and panoramic views of nature. It is located near the village of Establiments and the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Serra de Tramuntana.

Dating back to 1232 with the Barony of Bunyoli, the estate’s fields historically produced carob, oranges, wine, and olive oil, and it engaged in sheep farming. The road to the main house is lined with 36-meter eucalyptus trees, leading to a courtyard surrounded by the mansion, an oil mill, and the overseer’s house, with extensive views of the land.

The 1698 mansion, built from stone and sandstone, spans four floors and 2,838 m2, with living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, terraces, and balconies that offer stunning views. The estate also includes a beautiful chapel used for events until recently.
